I was pleasantly surprised. Our usual hotel in the area was fully booked, and this was a fallback. We had a room with a patio door entrance (very good security features on the door) and it made getting things into the room very easy. The beds were clean and fresh I like the available picnic table and outdoor space, although we were just passing through for the ferry.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ended up staying a second night and housekeeping even cleaned my room after the first night which was surprising. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. Will be staying there again

Close to beautiful Irving Park. Close to highway, close to restaurants, dog friendly, patio door with parking right in front of room.
